Material Specification:

Axis: Crafted with precision, the axis is made of cold-drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). The steel bar grinder ensures diameters of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, 40.2 with ISO h11 accuracy.

Cylinder: As per DIN2394 standard, the cylinder uses ST37 material, which aligns with the rigorous DIN17100 standard for top performance.

Bearing Pedestal: This component is expertly processed through cold stamping, ensuring ISOM7 precision with cold rolling and calibration. The robust deep stamping steel used complies with DIN1623-1624 standards.

Inner Sealing Ring: Made from resilient lip seal material nylon 6 (ISO PA6), ensuring excellent durability and performance.
