Material Specification:

Axis: This component is crafted from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). Each steel bar undergoes grinding to achieve diameters of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, and 40.2 with ISO hll precision.

Cylinder: The material used conforms to DIN2394 standards, specifically ST37, aligning with the DIN17100 standard.

Bearing Pedestal: Utilizing cold stamping processes that meet ISOM7 precision standards, these are crafted with cold rolling calibration. The raw material is deep stamping steel, adhering to DIN1623-1624 standards.

Inner Sealing Ring: Composed of lip seal material nylon6 (ISO PA6) to ensure optimal performance.

Bearing: Employing deep groove ball bearings with clearance class C3, from the trusted DIN 62, 63 series.

Labyrinth Seal:This 3-groove type seal is made from ISO PA6 (nylon 6) material, ensuring durability under demanding conditions.

Cover: Fabricated using deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, it undergoes a robust cold impact process.

Out Seal Ring: Crafted from a rubber sliding V-ring, it uses wear-resistant, low-friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber.

Protection Cover: Designed as a mechanical protection bushing, it safeguards against stone strikes. The material choice includes POM polymer or an anticorrosive alloy of zinc, aluminum, and copper.

Lubricating Grease: For enduring lubrication, this uses waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease during assembly.
