Shaft: 45# STEEL.Our shafts are crafted from cold-drawn steel, specifically S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), and E24 (AFNOR NFA 35501), ensuring unparalleled strength and durability.
Tube: Q235.Manufactured to the DIN2394 standard, our tubes are made from ST37, conforming to the DIN 17100 standard, promising exceptional performance.
Bearing housing: Experience precision-engineered cold stamping processing that adheres to ISO M7 precision, followed by cold rolling and calibration. All raw materials meet the DIN1623-1624 standard, guaranteeing top-notch quality.

Inner sealing ring: Made from NYLON6 (ISO Pa6), ensuring robust sealing for operational efficiency.
Bearing: Utilizing deep groove ball bearing (clearance class C3) of the DIN 6263 series, complemented by a 3-groove type labyrinth seal crafted from ISO PA6 (nylon 6), these components offer superior sealing and smooth operation.
Cover: Expertly cold-impacted from deep-drawn steel EU 10111-DD13, ensuring durability and performance.
Outer sealing ring: Constructed with a rubber sliding V-ring, featuring wear-resistant, low-friction, ozone-resistant NBR nitrile butadiene rubber to withstand harsh conditions.
Protective cover: Designed as a mechanical protective bushing to safeguard against stone impacts. Available in POM polymer or anti-corrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloys. Lubricating grease: We use water-proof and dust-proof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium-based grease during assembly to ensure long-term lubrication and performance.
