Cover: Our cover is crafted from deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, renowned for its resilience. It undergoes a cold impact process to enhance its durability, offering a robust protective solution.

Out Seal Ring: Constructed from a rubber sliding V-ring and made of NBR nitrile rubber, this seal offers outstanding wear resistance, low friction, and ozone resistance, ensuring long-term reliable performance.

Protection Cover: Our protection cover incorporates a mechanical bushing to defend against stone strikes. It is crafted from either POM polymer or a specialized anticorrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloy, offering superior protection and durability.

Lubricating Grease: We utilize high-performance NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease with waterproof and dustproof properties, providing sustained lubrication that significantly extends the lifespan and reliability of the entire assembly.

Idler Protection: Our comprehensive idler protection suite includes painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust tectyl oil applications. These measures ensure the equipment's longevity and resilience under various environmental conditions.
