Shaft: Crafted from high-quality 45# STEEL for superior strength and durability..Our shaft is made from cold-drawn steel, specifically S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA 35501), ensuring exceptional structural integrity.
Tube: Q235.Manufactured to DIN2394 standards, the tube material is ST37, in compliance with the DIN 17100 standard, promising robustness.
Bearing housing: Expertly cold stamped to ISO M7 precision, featuring cold rolling and calibration. The raw material adheres to the DIN1623-1624 standard for guaranteed quality.

Inner sealing ring: Constructed from NYLON6 (ISO Pa6) for enhanced performance.
Bearing: Equipped with a deep groove ball bearing (clearance class C3) of the DIN 6263 series, coupled with a 3-groove labyrinth seal made of ISO PA6 (nylon 6) for effective sealing.
Cover: Engineered from deep-drawn steel EU 10111-DD13, cold impacted for lasting resilience.
Outer sealing ring: Crafted from a rubber sliding V-ring,composed of wear-resistant, low-friction, ozone-resistant NBR nitrile butadiene rubber, offering durability and protection.
