Axis: Crafted with precision, the axis is made from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), and E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). Our steel bar grinder processes diameters to precise ISO h11 tolerances of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, and 40.2 mm for exceptional accuracy.

Cylinder: Engineered according to DIN2394 standards, the cylinder utilizes ST37 material conforming to DIN17100 standards, ensuring durability and performance.

Bearing Pedestal: Manufactured through cold stamping processing, this component meets ISOM7 precision standards. The cold rolling and calibration processes, combined with deep-drawn steel raw materials, adhere strictly to DIN1623-1624 standards for superior integrity.

Inner Sealing Ring: Constructed from nylon 6 (ISO PA6), the lip seal material offers robust sealing performance.

Bearing: Featuring deep groove ball bearings with clearance class C3, designed according to the DIN 62, 63 series, offering smooth operation and reliability.
