Material Specification:

Axis: Our axes are meticulously crafted from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), and E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). The steel bar grinder processes the diameter with ISO hll precision to sizes 20.2, 25.2, and 40.2.
Cylinder: Manufactured to DIN2394 standards, our cylinders use ST37 material in full compliance with DIN17100 standards.
Bearing Pedestal: The bearing pedestal undergoes cold stamping processing with ISOM7 precision, complemented by cold rolling and calibration. The raw material is deep stamping steel, adhering to DIN1623-1624 standards.
Inner Sealing Ring: Crafted from ISO PA6 nylon6, our lip seal material ensures superior performance.
Bearing: We utilize deep groove ball bearings of clearance class C3, compliant with the DIN 62, 63 series.
Labyrinth Seal: Featuring a 3-groove design, our labyrinth seals are made of ISO PA6 (nylon 6) for optimal efficiency.
Cover: The cover is fabricated from deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, subjected to cold impact for enhanced durability.
Out Seal Ring: Our rubber sliding V-ring is constructed from wear-resistant, low friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber.
Protection Cover: Designed as a mechanical protection bushing to guard against stone strikes, it is available in POM polymer or an anticorrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloy.
Lubricating Grease: For long-term lubrication, we employ waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium-based grease during assembly.
Idler Protection: Our idler protection includes diverse treatments such as painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust tectyl oil applications.
