Material Specification:

Axis: Crafted from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), and E24 (AFNOR NFA35501), our axes are processed with precision using a steel bar grinder to achieve diameters of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, and 40.2 with ISO h11 accuracy.
Cylinder: Manufactured in compliance with the DIN2394 standard, the cylinder material is ST37, meeting the stringent requirements of the DIN17100 standard, ensuring durability and performance.
Bearing Pedestal: Meticulously cold-stamped with ISOM7 precision, and further processed through cold rolling and calibration. The deep stamping steel used adheres to the DIN1623-1624 standard for assured quality.
Inner Sealing Ring: Composed of lip seal material nylon6 (ISO PA6), ensuring robust sealing and protection.
Bearing: Incorporating deep groove ball bearings, clearance class C3, from the DIN 62, 63 series, for optimal performance and longevity.
Labyrinth Seal: Featuring a 3-groove design, crafted from ISO PA6 (nylon 6), providing exceptional sealing performance.
Cover: Made from deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, this cover is subjected to cold impact for enhanced strength and durability.
Out Seal Ring: High-performance rubber sliding V-ring, skillfully crafted from wear-resistant, low-friction, ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber, ensuring extended operational life.
Protection Cover: Designed as a mechanical protection bushing to shield against stone strikes. Crafted from POM polymer or anti-corrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloy for superior protection.
Lubricating Grease: Employing waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease, ensuring long-lasting lubrication during assembly for smooth operation.
Idler Protection: Available with various protective finishes including painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust tectyl oil, offering robust protection against environmental elements.
