Material Specification:

Axis: Crafted from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA35501), our axes are precision-engineered with a steel bar grinder to achieve diameters of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, and 40.2, adhering to ISO h11 accuracy standards.

Cylinder: Conforming to the DIN2394 standard, the cylinder material is ST37, aligned with the DIN17100 standard, ensuring reliable and high-quality performance.

Bearing Pedestal: Our bearing pedestals are precision manufactured through cold stamping, complying with ISOM7 precision standards. They undergo cold rolling and calibration, with the raw material deep stamping steel meeting the DIN1623-1624 standard.

Inner Sealing Ring: The inner sealing ring is made from top-grade lip seal material, specifically nylon 6 (ISO PA6), for optimal sealing integrity.

Lubricating Grease: Employing waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium-based grease, our products are designed for long-term lubrication, providing consistent performance during assembly.
