Axis: Expertly forged from resilient cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). The steel bar grinder is meticulously calibrated to ensure diameters achieve precision levels of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, and 40.2 with ISO hll accuracy.

Cylinder: Crafted following the exacting DIN2394 standards, utilizing ST37 material that strictly adheres to the rigorous DIN17100 standard.

Bearing Pedestal: Created through precise cold stamping processes, maintaining ISOM7 precision. The cold rolling, calibration, and raw materials for deep stamping conform with DIN1623-1624 standards.

Inner Sealing Ring: Fabricated from premium-quality lip seal nylon6 (ISO PA6), which offers excellent resilience and endurance.

Bearing: Outfitted with superior deep groove ball bearings (clearance class C3), manufactured to align with DIN 62, 63 series criteria.

Labyrinth Seal:Incorporating a sophisticated 3-groove design, constructed from ISO PA6 (nylon 6) material, ensuring optimal sealing efficacy.
