Axis: Crafted from cold-drawn steel, our Axis materials include S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), and E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). The precision steel bar grinder meticulously processes diameters to ISO h11 accuracy at dimensions of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, and 40.2.

Cylinder: Constructed to comply with DIN2394 standards, using ST37 material in alignment with DIN17100 standards, ensuring unrivaled quality.

Bearing Pedestal: Developed through precision cold stamping in compliance with ISOM7 standards, accompanied by cold rolling and calibration. Our deep stamping steel aligns with DIN1623-1624 standards to provide unmatched durability.

Inner Sealing Ring: Fabricated using premium lip seal material, Nylon 6 (ISO PA6), for superior sealing efficiency.

Bearing: Incorporating deep groove ball bearings with clearance class C3, from the DIN 62, 63 series, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Labyrinth Seal:Designed in a 3-groove type, using ISO PA6 (nylon 6) material for enhanced sealing capabilities.

Cover: Produced from deep drawing steel, EU10111-DD13, and subjected to rigorous cold impact processes to ensure resilience and strength.

Out Seal Ring: Utilizing a rubber sliding V-ring, crafted from wear-resistant, low-friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber, for exceptional sealing under harsh conditions.
