Bearing Pedestal: The bearing pedestal involves cold stamping processing in line with ISOM7 precision standards. It is subjected to meticulous cold rolling and calibration, with raw materials made from deep stamping steel that complies with DIN1623-1624 standards, guaranteeing extraordinary reliability.

Inner Sealing Ring: Constructed from top-tier lip seal material nylon 6 (ISO PA6), the inner sealing ring ensures exceptional sealing capabilities and a long-lasting lifespan.

Labyrinth Seal:This sophisticated three-groove type labyrinth seal, constructed from premium ISO PA6 (nylon 6), provides top-notch protection against contaminants.

Cover: The cover is expertly manufactured using deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, uniquely processed for cold impact, offering robust protection and remarkable durability.

Out Seal Ring: This durable out seal ring, crafted from a rubber sliding V-ring, utilizes wear-resistant, low-friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber, ensuring remarkable resilience in even the most challenging environments.

Protection Cover: Ingeniously designed as a mechanical protection bushing to prevent stone strikes, this cover is made from either POM polymer or a robust anticorrosive alloy composed of zinc, aluminum, and copper, providing superior safeguarding.

Lubricating Grease: Our product employs NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium-based grease that is waterproof and dustproof, providing optimal long-term lubrication during assembly and ensuring exceptional performance and protection.

Idler Protection: To effectively shield your equipment, we provide a variety of protection options including specialized painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust Tectyl oil, ensuring sustained durability and longevity.
