Material Specification:

Axis: Fabricated from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), and E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). With meticulous precision, the steel bar grinder processes the diameter to 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, 40.2 ISO hll accuracy.

Cylinder: Manufactured in accordance with the DIN2394 standard, utilizing ST37 material that aligns with the DIN17100 standard.

Bearing Pedestal: Crafted through a cold stamping process that meets ISOM7 precision, followed by cold rolling and calibration. The raw material of deep stamping steel adheres to the DIN1623-1624 standard.

Inner Sealing Ring: Composed of high-quality lip seal material nylon6 (ISO PA6), ensuring optimal performance.

Bearing: Utilizes deep groove ball bearings (clearance class C3) from the DIN 62, 63 series, promising reliability and durability.

Labyrinth Seal:Featuring a 3-groove design, crafted from ISO PA6 (nylon 6) to guarantee superior sealing efficacy.

Cover: Constructed with deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13 and subjected to a rigorous cold impact process to ensure fortitude.

Out Seal Ring: Made from a durable, wear-resistant rubber sliding V-ring, crafted from low friction and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber.

Protection Cover: A mechanical protection bushing designed to shield against stone strikes. Fabricated from POM polymer or an anticorrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloy for unmatched protection.

Lubricating Grease: Employing waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease, it provides long-term lubrication during assembly, ensuring seamless operation.

Idler Protection: Available in various protective finishes such as painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and rust-resistant tectyl oil, ensuring enduring protection and longevity.
