Material Specification:

Axis: Crafted meticulously from cold drawn steel, specifically S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); and E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). Our state-of-the-art steel bar grinders ensure the diameter precision of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, 40.2 with ISO h11 accuracy.

Cylinder: Manufactured in accordance with the DIN2394 standard, using ST37 material that fully complies with the prestigious DIN17100 standard.

Bearing Pedestal: Our bearing pedestals are precision-crafted through cold stamping, adhering to ISOM7 precision. With cold rolling and calibration processes, the raw materials employed are deep stamping steels conforming to the high-quality standards of DIN1623-1624.

Inner Sealing Ring: We utilize premium lip seal material nylon6 (ISO PA6) for optimal sealing efficiency.

Bearing: Featuring deep groove ball bearings of clearance class C3, our products adhere to the demanding DIN 62, 63 series standards.

Labyrinth Seal:Engineered with a precise 3-groove type design, the material used is ISO PA6 (nylon 6) for superior performance.

Cover: Designed from deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, the cover is expertly crafted to endure cold impacts.

Out Seal Ring: Constructed from a sophisticated rubber sliding V-ring, the material is a robust, wear-resistant, low friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber.

Protection Cover: Our mechanical protection bushing is designed to prevent stone strikes, utilizing materials such as POM polymer or anticorrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloy for enhanced durability.

Lubricating Grease: Implementing waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease, our products ensure long-term lubrication during assembly for optimal performance.

Idler Protection: We provide a variety of protective coatings including painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust Tectyl oil for comprehensive idler protection.
