Material Specification:

Axis: Constructed from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). The steel bar grinder refines the diameter to 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, 40.2 with ISO h11 precision.

Cylinder: Crafted in accordance with the DIN2394 standard, using ST37 material that conforms to the DIN17100 standard.

Bearing Pedestal: Created through cold stamping that adheres to ISOM7 precision standards, including cold rolling and calibration. The raw material utilized is deep stamping steel complying with DIN1623-1624 standards.

Inner Sealing Ring: Manufactured from lip seal material nylon6 (ISO PA6).

Bearing: Featuring deep groove ball bearings (clearance class C3) in DIN 62, 63 series.

Labyrinth Seal:3 groove type, crafted from material ISO PA6 (nylon 6).

Cover: Composed of deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, subjected to precise cold impact techniques.
