Axis:Fashioned from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). The steel bar grinder meticulously processes diameters to 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, 40.2 with ISO hll precision.

Cylinder:Manufactured to the DIN2394 standard, utilizing material ST37 in full compliance with the DIN17100 standard.

Bearing Pedestal:Undergoes cold stamping processing that aligns with ISOM7 precision. The cold rolling and calibration are finished with deep stamping steel, adhering to the DIN1623-1624 standard.

Inner Sealing Ring:Crafted from nylon 6 (ISO PA6) lip seal material for superior performance.

Bearing:Equipped with high-quality deep groove ball bearings of clearance class C3, following DIN 62, 63 series for optimal functionality.

Labyrinth Seal:Featuring a 3-groove type design, composed of ISO PA6 (nylon 6) for reliable sealing.

Out Seal Ring:Engineered with a rubber sliding V-ring, crafted from wear-resistant, low-friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber.

Protection Cover: Features a mechanical protection bushing to safeguard against stone strikes. Made from robust materials such as POM polymer or anticorrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloys.

Lubricating Grease:Utilizes waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease, ensuring enduring lubrication during assembly.

Idler Protection:Offers various protective finishes like painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust tectyl oil to enhance longevity.
