Cylinder: The cylinder is crafted to meet the rigorous specifications of the DIN2394 standard, employing ST37 material that aligns with the DIN17100 standard, guaranteeing immense strength and durability.

Bearing Pedestal: Manufactured with precision through cold stamping that adheres to ISOM7 accuracy. The raw material used is deep stamping steel, compliant with the DIN1623-1624 standard, ensuring exceptional quality and superior performance.

Inner Sealing Ring: Comprised of nylon6 (ISO PA6), the lip seal delivers outstanding sealing proficiency and superior durability.

Bearing: Outfitted with a deep groove ball bearing, possessing clearance class C3, in harmony with the DIN 62, 63 series, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Labyrinth Seal:Boasting a 3-groove type design, crafted from ISO PA6 (nylon 6), this seal provides unrivaled sealing effectiveness in tough environments.

Cover: Fashioned from deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, celebrated for its toughness and subjected to cold impact for augmented durability.

Out Seal Ring: This seal, made from a rubber sliding V-ring, is crafted from highly wear-resistant, low friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber, ensuring enduring performance.

Protection Cover: Designed with a mechanical protection bushing to avert damage from stone impacts. The material selection includes POM polymer or a corrosion-resistant zinc, aluminum, and copper alloy, offering robust protection.

Lubricating Grease: We employ waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease for enduring lubrication, extending the lifespan and reliability of the assembly.

Idler Protection: Incorporates an array of protective measures such as painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust tectyl oil, ensuring longevity and resilience across a spectrum of conditions.
