Material Specification:

Axis: Expertly crafted from resilient cold-drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). Each steel bar undergoes precise grinding to achieve diameters of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, 40.2 with ISO hll accuracy.

Cylinder: Produced in accordance with DIN2394 standards, utilizing ST37 material that meets the rigorous DIN17100 criteria.

Bearing Pedestal: Created through precision cold stamping, adhering to ISOM7 standards. The entire process from cold rolling to calibration and deep stamping material adheres to DIN1623-1624 specifications.

Inner Sealing Ring: Engineered from superior lip seal nylon6 (ISO PA6), offering exceptional strength and longevity.

Bearing: Fitted with top-tier deep groove ball bearings (clearance class C3), designed to meet DIN 62, 63 series specifications.

Labyrinth Seal:Incorporating a 3-groove configuration, crafted from ISO PA6 (nylon 6) material for enhanced sealing efficiency.
