Material Specification:

Axis: Crafted from high-quality cold drawn steel, including S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), and E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). Our rigorous steel bar grinding process ensures diameters of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, and 40.2 with ISO h11 accuracy.
Cylinder: Manufactured in alignment with the DIN2394 standard, using ST37 material that adheres to the DIN17100 standard, ensuring superior performance.
Bearing Pedestal: Cold stamping processing meets ISOM7 precision standards, with cold rolling and calibration. The raw material, deep stamping steel, is compliant with DIN1623-1624 standards.
Inner Sealing Ring: Designed with lip seal material of nylon 6 (ISO PA6), offering excellent sealing capabilities.
Bearing: Featuring deep groove ball bearings in the clearance class C3, available in the prestigious DIN 62 and 63 series.
Labyrinth Seal: Engineered as a 3-groove type, crafted from ISO PA6 (nylon 6) material, ensuring enhanced sealing efficiency.
