Upper friction self-aligning roller with bracket:
I. Structural characteristics
 

1. Unique design: Composed of idlers, brackets, friction wheels and other components. The friction wheel contacts the conveyor belt and realizes the adjustment of the idler angle through friction.
2. Strong adjustability: It can automatically adjust the angle of the idler according to the running condition of the conveyor belt to maintain the stable operation of the conveyor belt.

II. Performance characteristics
 

1. Automatic centering function: When the conveyor belt deviates, the friction wheel will automatically adjust the angle of the idler under the action of friction to make the conveyor belt return to the center position, effectively preventing the conveyor belt from deviating.
2. Reduce wear: By adjusting the idler angle in time, the friction between the conveyor belt and the idler is reduced, and the wear of the conveyor belt and the idler is reduced, prolonging the service life of the equipment.

3.Roller/idler material specification:
Shaft: 45# STEEL.Cold-drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA 35501).
Tube: Q235.DIN2394 standard, the material is ST37 conforming to DIN 17100 standard.
Bearing housing: Cold stamping processing conforms to ISO M7 precision, cold rolling and calibration. The raw material conforms to DIN1623-1624 standard.
Inner sealing ring: NYLON6 (ISO Pa6).
Bearing: Deep groove ball bearing (clearance class C3) of DIN 6263 series. Labyrinth seal: 3-groove type, material ISO PA6 (nylon 6).
Cover: Cold impacted by deep-drawn steel EU 10111-DD13.
Outer sealing ring: Rubber sliding V-ring,wear-resistant, low-friction, ozone-resistant NBR nitrile butadiene rubber.
Protective cover: Mechanical protective bushing to prevent stone impacts. The material is POM polymer or anti-corrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloys. Lubricating grease: Water-proof and dust-proof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium-based grease is used during assembly for long-term lubrication.
