Axis: Crafted from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), and E24 (AFNOR NFA35501), the axis is meticulously processed using a steel bar grinder to ensure precise diameters of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, and 40.2 with ISO h11 accuracy.

Cylinder: Adhering to the DIN2394 standard, our cylinder material is ST37, fully compliant with the DIN17100 standard, ensuring robust performance.

Bearing Pedestal: Manufactured through cold stamping, this component meets ISOM7 precision standards, with cold rolling, calibration, and raw material deep stamping steel compliant with DIN1623-1624 standards.
