Material Specification:

Axis: Crafted from robust cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). The steel bar grinder meticulously processes to ensure diameters of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, 40.2 with ISO hll precision.

Cylinder: Manufactured according to DIN2394 standards, using ST37 material that complies with the stringent DIN17100 standard.

Bearing Pedestal: Fabricated through cold stamping, adhering to ISOM7 precision. The cold rolling, calibration, and raw material for deep stamping are aligned with DIN1623-1624 standards.

Inner Sealing Ring: Constructed from high-quality lip seal nylon6 (ISO PA6), ensuring superb durability.

Bearing: Equipped with high-performance deep groove ball bearings (clearance class C3), crafted to DIN 62, 63 series standards.

Labyrinth Seal:Featuring a 3-groove design, made from ISO PA6 (nylon 6) material for optimal sealing.

Cover: Forged from deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, subjected to advanced cold impact processes.

Out Seal Ring: Designed with a rubber sliding V-ring, crafted from wear-resistant, low-friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber.

Lubricating Grease: Our assembly employs waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease, ensuring enduring lubrication.
