Material Specification:

Axis: Crafted with precision, our axis is made from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). The steel bar grinder meticulously processes the diameter to 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, 40.2 ISO h11 accuracy.

Cylinder: Fabricated according to the rigorous DIN2394 standard, the cylinder material is ST37, ensuring compliance with the DIN17100 standard.

Bearing Pedestal: Engineered through cold stamping processing, matching ISOM7 precision, cold rolling, and calibration. The raw material, deep stamping steel, adheres strictly to the DIN1623-1624 standard.

Inner Sealing Ring: The inner sealing ring is composed of high-quality lip seal material nylon6 (ISO PA6).

Bearing: This is a state-of-the-art deep groove ball bearing (clearance class C3) following the DIN 62, 63 series.

Labyrinth Seal:A robust 3 groove type seal, crafted from superior ISO PA6 (nylon 6) material.

Cover: The cover is manufactured using deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, undergoing precise cold impact processing.

Out Seal Ring: This outer seal ring is a rubber sliding V-ring, expertly crafted from wear-resistant, low friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber.

Protection Cover: For optimal safety, our mechanical protection bushing guards against stone strikes. Crafted from POM polymer or a durable anticorrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloy.

Lubricating Grease: We utilize a waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease for efficient long-term lubrication during assembly.

Idler Protection: Choose from various protective finishes including painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust tectyl oil to ensure enduring durability.
