Axis: Precision-engineered from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), E24 (AFNOR NFA35501). The steel bar grinder meticulously processes diameters to 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, 40.2, ensuring ISO h11 accuracy.

Cylinder: Fabricated to the stringent DIN2394 standard, using high-quality ST37 material in compliance with DIN17100 standard.

Bearing Pedestal: Cold stamped for ISOM7 precision, followed by cold rolling and calibration. Crafted from deep stamping steel, adhering to DIN1623-1624 standards.

Inner Sealing Ring: With lip seal made from nylon6 (ISO PA6), ensuring optimal performance.

Bearing: Deep groove ball bearing (clearance class C3) in the DIN 62, 63 series, exemplifying precision and durability.

Labyrinth Seal:3-groove type, expertly crafted from ISO PA6 (nylon 6) to maximize efficiency and longevity.

Cover: Manufactured with deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, designed to withstand cold impact and provide reliable protection.

Out Seal Ring: Composed of a Rubber sliding V-ring, crafted from wear-resistant, low friction, and ozone-resistant NBR nitrile rubber, ensuring longevity and performance.

Protection Cover: Engineered as a mechanical protection bushing to thwart stone strikes, made from durable POM polymer or an anti-corrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloy blend.

Lubricating Grease: Utilizes waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease, offering long-term lubrication during assembly, ensuring smooth operation.

Idler Protection: Includes a variety of protective coatings such as painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust tectyl oil to safeguard against environmental challenges.
